Shipping Policies
As a rule of thumb, we ship most
orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days). If you order
a Roll Cage, Rim Set, or Hop-up Kit, it will be sent
via UPS Ground.
If you would like Speedier Shipping,
we are happy to accommodate you. We will ship via
whatever method you specify (UPS Overnight, FEDEX
etc.). Please contact us directly to be assured of
the delivery you need. We have provided multiple means
of contact:
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday.
We often are gone over the weekend enjoying regional
events. If you need an order shipped over the weekend,
do try to contact us. We will ship on Saturday provided
we are in town to do so.
International orders are shipped
via USPS Global Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
Shipments are limited to countries the post office
can offer package insurance. International orders
will be billed separately for shipping and handling
charges once actual shipping costs are calculated
(we do not attempt to profit from shipping charges).
Restrictions apply.
Occasionally, our shipping calculator will make
an error. If your order has an incorrect shipping
charge that is lower than the actual rate, RC Driven will
hold the order and contact you as soon as possible to
inform you of the correct charges. If your order has a
shipping charge higher than the actual rate, we will change
it to the lower price and continue processing the order.
Shipping Times
Most orders received by us before 3:00pm Pacific Time
are shipped the same business day. If you received our
order confirmation email Monday – Friday, before
1:00pm Pacific Time, your order will be shipped the same
day we received it. Please note that a very small number
of orders require extra processing time for various reasons.
Those will be shipped the following business day.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock
or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your
credit card was declined or for address verification if
your billing address was entered incorrectly.
Shipping Restrictions
UPS does not deliver to military APO
or PO Box addresses.
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped
via UPS Air Services, where such services are available,
to every address in the United States. Ground services
are guaranteed for on-schedule delivery only to commercial
addresses in major metropolitan areas. Rural and some
residential areas may require an additional day/s for
delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, except on major holidays.
Overnight packages shipped on Friday will be delivered
on Monday. For an additional fee, Saturday deliveries
are available for packages shipped Overnight on Friday.
This service is handled only by special request.
Guarantees do not apply to delays due to conditions beyond
UPS' control--like weather phenomenon, labor disputes,
civil commotions, etc.
US Postal Service:
All APO and PO Box addresses are shipped through USPS
only. International destinations are limited to those
countries the post office can offer package insurance.
Customs
The best way to discover what customs laws are applicable
to you is to contact your local customs offices and ask.
We do not have customs tax/duty information.
Customs and import duties (if any) are assessed when
the package arrives in your country. These additional
fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders that
are returned due to refused payment of brokerage and/or
customs fees will charged for all shipping charges, brokerage
fees, and all customs taxes/duties.
Canadian orders with items covered under the terms of
NAFTA will be provided with proper customs documentation
for all applicable items.
Shipment Tracking
Estimated Delivery Times
We're proud to say that the overwhelming majority of orders
received are shipped the same or the next business day.
However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival
date for your order, be sure to add those two business
days to the estimated shipping times below.
Additionally, if you are paying by personal check, please
increase your estimate by another seven to ten days (the
time it takes for your funds to become available).
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Saturday
deliveries are available at extra costs only for Next
Day parcels shipped Friday. Most international packages
go via the UPS or USPS. Expedited orders are shipped via
UPS International." International shipping times
are hard to estimate due to variances ranging from the
distance to be traveled to customs delays. Canadian and
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the US Post Office's international
parcel post twice a week (which may cause slight delivery
delays). Allow 1 to 2 weeks for these packages to arrive.
Contacting the Carrier
Since all the major shippers have Internet-accessible
shipment tracking (or tracing) systems, the best way to
keep tabs on your order is via the Internet. Once you
have your tracking number, point-and-click or call:
United Parcel Service (UPS):800-742-5877 (800-PICK-UPS)
The U.S. Post Office cannot track missing parcels until
after 30 days from the mailing date.
Split Shipments
In the event that one of your items is on back order,
we'll contact you to get instructions for the order:
Ship Complete--hold the order until the backordered item
returns to stock and then ship the entire order complete.
Ship Separately--ship all available items now and the
backorder when it returns to stock. Additional shipping
charges apply.
Cancel--cancel all backorders and ship the remaining items
immediately.
